Interim Terms

Until our Terms of Service are finalised, the following interim terms apply:

• You must not use Helix for any illegal or harmful purposes.

• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer Helix or create derivative works based on Helix.

• You must not use Helix in any way that is harmful to RedEye Technologies or its customers.

• The End User Licence Agreement applies to your use of Helix software and services.

• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using Helix.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Helix at any time for any reason.

• We will publish our final Terms of Service on our website when they are finalised. You will be notified of any changes to the Terms of Service. Your continued use of Helix after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
