Creating an Account
Account Creation
There are two main ways to create an account on Helix.
Proactive Account Creation
If you have an invite code, you can create an account by visiting the Helix website and entering your invite code. You'll be asked to provide your email address and create a password.
Reactive Account Creation
If you've been invited to join a Helix organisation, you'll receive an email with a link to create your account.
Resetting Your Password
If you forget your password, the Forgot Password link on the login page will allow you to reset it. You'll receive an email with a link to reset your password.
Password Requirements
Your password must meet the following requirements:
At least 8 characters long
At least two of the following:
Uppercase letters
Lowercase letters
Numbers
Special characters
or (recommended):
Three random words, optionally with either a space, hyphen, full stop or underscore between them. For example (do not use these examples):
